What Is CJC-1295 + DAC 2MG?

CJC-1295 DAC is a synthetic secretagogue that stimulates the release of growth hormones. It is an agonist of the growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) and it exerts its effect by binding with GHRH receptors in the anterior pituitary. A Canadian company by the name of ConjuChem Technologies first synthesized this peptide in 2000 in order to overcome the limitation of injectable growth hormones with a half-life of just 7 minutes.

TCJC-1295 DAC is composed of 29 amino acids. It differs from CJC-1295 by having DAC (direct affinity complex) attached to it. DAC is attached to the molecule with the help of lysine linker. This modification prevents the breakdown of CJC-1295 and allows it to bind with plasma albumin, thus prolonging its half-life. Research shows that CJC-1295 DAC has a half-life of 5-8 days while CJC-1295 has a half-life of just 30 minutes [1].
