GHRP-6 is a six-amino-acid growth hormone-releasing peptide and ghrelin receptor agonist, one of the earliest GH secretagogues studied, notable for the strong increase in appetite it produces alongside growth hormone release. Like other GHRPs it is dosed at the mcg level and often paired with a GHRH peptide. This data shows the dose amounts, vial sizes, and bacteriostatic water volumes researchers most commonly select when reconstituting GHRP-6.

40 GHRP-6 reconstitution calculations have been logged by the WPA community. The most common dose entered is 150mcg (18 calculations). The most common bacteriostatic water volume is 2mL. The most popular vial size is 5mg (25 sessions). The most common dosing frequency is daily (7x/week) (4 logged protocols).

World Peptide Association aggregates anonymized peptide calculator data to show real-world dosing trends, reconstitution volumes, and vial size preferences across the research peptide community.

All figures shown are aggregated from anonymized calculator inputs and are provided strictly for independent laboratory research and educational purposes. They are community usage statistics — not dosing recommendations, and not medical advice.

Dosage Protocols

No FDA-approved dosing guidelines exist for GHRP-6. The following protocols are derived from clinical research and community experience: Saturation Dose Concept: The saturation dose for GHRP-6 is approximately 1 mcg/kg of body weight, which translates to roughly 100 mcg per injection for a 100 kg individual. Doses beyond this point do not proportionally increase GH release but do escalate cortisol and prolactin co-secretion. This makes the saturation dose the optimal ceiling for each individual injection.
