A 5mg vial reconstituted with 2mL requires 0.2mL (20 units), but the same vial reconstituted with 5mL requires 0.5mL (50 units) for identical peptide delivery. Neither approach is wrong. The choice depends on whether smaller injection volumes (less subcutaneous volume per administration) or easier measurement precision (larger, more forgiving syringe draws) matters more for your protocol.
