GHRPs like GHRP-6 and Hexarelin don't contain IGF-1. They stimulate the pituitary to release growth hormone, which then stimulates hepatic IGF-1 production. This indirect pathway explains the delayed onset but also the more sustainable results: endogenous GH pulses don't suppress natural production the way exogenous peptides can.
