- Fitzpatrick Type I–II Recreational Use

- Autoimmune depigmentation disorder affecting melanocyte function
- Limited efficacy as monotherapy. MC1R agonism cannot restore melanocytes destroyed by autoimmune attack. Combination with narrowband UVB shows better outcomes.
