TB-500 typically elevates VEGF to 450–650 pg/mL during the 48–96 hour post-administration window. High-normal to mildly elevated, not diagnostic on its own. CRP follows the same pattern: normal values sit below 3.0 mg/L, TB-500 consistently suppresses CRP into the 0.8–1.5 mg/L range, but that range overlaps with outcomes from weight loss, anti-inflammatory diets, or statin therapy.
  • Our experience reviewing peptide research protocols shows that TB-500 biomarkers gain diagnostic value through pattern recognition and serial measurement. A baseline IGF-1 of 180 ng/mL that jumps to 340 ng/mL within 72 hours, accompanied by VEGF rising from 200 pg/mL to 580 pg/mL and CRP dropping from 2.8 mg/L to 1.2 mg/L, creates a biomarker signature that non-peptide interventions rarely replicate. Timing matters. Labs drawn at 48–72 hours post-administration capture peak expression, while labs drawn at 10–14 days show inflammatory suppression but miss the acute angiogenic response.
