Non-DAC CJC-1295 requires daily dosing because it's cleared within 30 minutes, but the dose per injection is lower (100–200mcg) to avoid acute receptor oversaturation. Attempting daily micro-doses of the DAC version creates the worst of both protocols: you lose the sustained amplification benefit while introducing daily injection burden.
